Ortak olmaya dâhil olmak yaygın değildir, bu da işçilerin performansı üzerine İnşaat Projesi Yöneticilerinin etkisinin dolaylı araçlarının kaybolmadığını göstermektedir. Genel görüş olarak, İnşaat Projesi Yöneticilerinin Sağ- lık ve Emniyet girişimleri ve diğer ilgili girişimlerle işçilerin performansını etkilemektedir.
